The story
I wasn't always a coach.
I was a burned-out engineer, a restless entrepreneur, a salesman chasing success — and then, a grieving father. The only thing that pulled me back was a decision: if I was going to keep living, I had to live differently. I had to build myself back up from the ground, this time with resilience, clarity, and purpose. That's how I found the Heroic system.
I didn't just study it. I lived it. And now, I teach it.
Heroism isn't reserved for extraordinary people. It's in the small, everyday choices — and those choices are trainable. I wasn't just bouncing back; I was bouncing forward, turning setbacks into stepping-stones. That's what I coach.
Why the Phoenix? Because it keeps remaking itself from its own ashes. I relate. There is nothing so freeing as losing everything — a hard thing to say out loud, and if you're in the middle of it right now, you already know it's true. If that's you: you're my people.
A note I share everywhere the story goes: trauma and loss aren't required fees for admission. Whether you're here to cultivate your gifts for a better job or to serve the world in a more profound way, you'll find something that helps.
